Hello! I am Shiiyou, a German illustrator for Games and more!

I love drawing cute anime-style art… and hedgehogs! I graduated in March 2024 with a Bachelor's degree in Game Art and Design. Since then, I've been gaining experience at a local game studio, working on various games as a volunteer. My work has included creating 2D assets, covers, illustrations, concept art, UI elements, and more. Currently, I'm freelancing and running my own small business!

By commissioning me and submitting payment, you (“the Commissioner”) agree to the following Terms of Service.
Please read carefully before placing your order.

••• General Information• I reserve the right to decline any commission request without providing a detailed explanation.
• All commissions are delivered as digital files only. No physical items will be shipped unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Work on the commission will begin only after full payment has been received (unless a payment plan has been discussed and agreed upon).

••• Pricing StructureThe base price listed applies to personal-use commissions only (e.g., OCs, fanart, profile pictures, banners, VTubing assets, etc.).Additional usage fees apply as follows:▸ Personal Use — 1x Base Price
For non-commercial use only.
Examples: profile pictures, wallpapers, personal prints, social media use.▸ Commercial Use (Merch-Based) — +50% of Base Price (1.5x Total)
Applies to private individuals and small-scale creators who wish to use the artwork as the main visual element of a product.
Examples include body pillows, postcards, stickers, keychains, prints, and similar merchandise.This tier is intended for individual commissioners and small businesses only.
Registered companies or large-scale commercial projects fall under the Large Company / Corporate Tier.▸ Large Company / Corporate Projects — 2x Base Price
Applies to commissions from large companies or large-scale commercial projects.
Examples: game-related projects, banner art, cover art, concept art, promotional campaigns, etc.If you are unsure which tier applies to your commission, please ask before payment.

••• Commission Process• I will notify you when your commission is scheduled to begin.
• Work-in-progress (WIP) updates can be requested at any stage of the process.
• A sketch may be provided for approval before proceeding to final rendering.

••• Refund Policy• No refunds will be issued once work on the commission has begun.
• If cancellation occurs before work has started, a refund may be discussed.
• Exceptional circumstances will be handled at my discretion.

••• Revisions▸ Minor Adjustments (Free)
Small corrections such as:
• Color adjustments
• Minor detail edits
• Fixing mistakesThese can be requested after completion at no extra charge within reasonable limits.▸ Major Revisions (Additional Fee)
Significant changes such as:
• Altering clothing
• Changing pose
• Modifying composition
• Changing background or settingThese will incur additional charges. Please ensure your initial description and references are accurate.

••• Ownership & Usage Rights• I retain full copyright and intellectual property rights to the artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The Commissioner may not claim the artwork as their own creation.
• The artwork may not be resold, redistributed, or used commercially unless the appropriate commercial tier has been purchased.
• The Commissioner may post the finished artwork online with proper credit to the artist.
• I reserve the right to display the commissioned artwork in my portfolio, social media, or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

••• Printing & Product Use• For personal-use commissions, the Commissioner may create personal items (e.g., stickers or keychains) strictly for non-commercial use.
• I retain the right to print and sell the artwork at conventions or events, with proper credit given to the character owner where applicable.If exclusivity is required, this must be discussed beforehand and may involve additional fees.

••• Confidentiality• Both parties agree not to share each other’s personal or contact information with third parties without explicit consent.

••• Completion TimeTurnaround time varies depending on complexity and workload. Estimated delivery times will be discussed prior to starting.
Rush orders may incur additional fees.

••• Acceptance of TermsPayment of the invoice confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
